Delete your account and data
You can request that your SoloCoach Volleyball Practice App account and associated data be deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- Open the SoloCoach Volleyball Practice App on your device.
- Go to Profile (profile tab or screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your request is processed immediately. You will be signed out and will no longer have access to the account.
What we delete or stop using
- Account and profile: We mark your profile as deleted and invalidate all sessions. We no longer use your account data to provide the service.
- Practice plans and drills: Your plans and custom drills are no longer accessible to you and are no longer used by us.
- Subscription: If you had an active subscription, it is cancelled and will not renew. Existing payment records may be retained by our payment provider (Stripe) according to their terms and applicable law.
- Feedback: Any feedback you submitted is no longer tied to your identity for active use.
What we may keep
We may retain some data (e.g. in backups or for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons) for a limited period after your request. After that period, we delete or anonymize it in line with our Privacy Policy.
Need help?
If you can't use the app (e.g. you no longer have the device), contact us and we'll process your deletion request manually. Include the email address used for your SoloCoach Volleyball Practice App account.
