The app is not opening my deep link from email. What should I do?
Make sure SoloCoach is installed from the App Store or Google Play. If the link opens a browser instead of the app, tap "Open in App" or download SoloCoach from the store for your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in at solocoach.ai/account and use Manage subscription, or email us at support@solocoach.ai and we will handle it immediately.
Is SoloCoach available on Android?
Yes. SoloCoach is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android. Subscribe in the app on each platform, a subscription on one does not unlock the other.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit an account deletion request on the Delete account page.
