3. Service Description

SoloCoach is a volleyball practice planning app and related website (solocoach.ai) that helps coaches organize drills, build practice plans, and run sessions from a mobile device. The mobile app is available on the Apple App Store. The website provides coaching content, account management, and subscription checkout for SoloCoach Pro.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to volleyball coaching. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without permission
• Use the materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software or systems
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

5. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure fair access and protect our services, we implement rate limiting:

• Pro features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice
• You may cancel at any time through your account or the Stripe customer portal
• Beta or promotional pricing may lock in for eligible subscribers as described at checkout
• Refunds are handled according to App Store policies for in-app purchases and our support policy for web subscriptions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SoloCoach, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Rotate123 LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
