This service is operated by Rotate123 LLC ("Rotate123," "we," "us," or "our"), the maker of SoloStats, SoloCoach, and Volleyball Mentor. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services") unless a product publishes its own separate notice.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information. Email address and login credentials when you create an account. Passwords are stored in hashed form; we never see or store your plaintext password.
• Content you create. Drill notes (your post-practice thoughts on drills) and other content you save in the app.
• Feedback and survey responses. Information you submit through feedback forms or surveys.
• Waitlist signups. Email addresses submitted through our websites.
• Support communications. Information you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data. App and website interactions, page views, feature usage, and navigation patterns, collected through our analytics provider.
• Device and diagnostic data. Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/error reports, collected to keep the Services reliable.
• IP address. Processed for security, fraud prevention, and abuse protection (such as rate limiting).

Information from payment processing:

Payments are handled by Stripe through a secure checkout page. Your full card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive limited billing information such as your subscription status, billing email, and the last four digits of your card.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — see "Children's Privacy" below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Create and manage your account and subscription
• Save and sync your content (such as drill notes) across sessions
• Send transactional messages (account, billing, and service notices)
• Send product updates and marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time
• Analyze usage to understand what's working and improve the product
• Diagnose crashes and errors
• Protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We may use your contact information to tell you about related Rotate123 products for volleyball coaches (for example, informing SoloStats users about SoloCoach). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our websites and apps use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support analytics. You can opt out of analytics tracking via the cookie preferences banner on our website and in SoloCoach app settings, and most browsers let you control cookies through their settings.

Data Retention

• Account data and your content are retained while your account is active.
• Deleted accounts: when you delete your account, your account record and content (including drill notes and feedback tied to your account) are deleted within 30 days, and removed from backups within 30 additional days.
• Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
• Diagnostic and security logs are retained for up to 90 days.
• We may retain limited records longer where required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt out of marketing emails (via the unsubscribe link in any message)
• Opt out of analytics tracking (via app settings or our website cookie banner)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Account deletion: you can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us. Deletion removes your account and associated content as described under Data Retention. See our account deletion page for step-by-step instructions.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California residents: the categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (email, IP address), customer records (account and billing information), internet activity (usage and diagnostic data), and user-provided content. We collect them for the purposes described above, disclose them only to the service providers listed above, and do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You may submit access, deletion, or correction requests using the contact information below, including through an authorized agent.

Children's Privacy

The Services are designed for coaches and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Content you submit (such as drill notes or feedback) should not include personal information about your players. You are responsible for any third-party information you choose to include in your content.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Users

Rotate123 LLC is based in the United States, and the Services are hosted and operated there. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
